Jon Beard and Nicole Chichon are seasoned educators and university guidance counselors with a proven track record of effective collaboration spanning many years. Recognizing also the need for ongoing mentorship during the university experience, they took the initiative to establish the University and College Application Network (UCAN) on their home island of Bermuda.
